Coffee whip dessert

1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil
2. Remove from heat and stir in coffee
3. add marshmallows and cook for 5-6 minutes over low heat until marshmallows are melted
4. Pour into a large bowl, cover and refrigerate until slightly thickened
5. in a small mixing bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form
6. fold into marshmallow mixture
7. spoon into dessert dishes and garnish with whipped cream and additional coffee granules or cocoa if desired
